The entire Facility may be rented at a cost of $1,350 for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday rentals and $1,000 for Monday through Thursday.

Old Courtroom

Capacity: 185 Standing, 153 Seated
Usage Fee: $950 per day ($150 per hour) Friday, Saturday, Sunday; $650 per day ($100 per hour) Monday through Thursday

Spaces must be rented for a minimum of two hours. A “day” is deemed to be eight hours on the specified day of the event.

Fire Bay

Capacity: 350 Standing, 150 Seated
Usage Fee: $950 per day ($150 per hour) Friday, Saturday, Sunday; $650 per day ($100 per hour) Monday through Thursday

Upstairs Conference Space

Capacity: 30 Standing, 24 Seated
Usage Fee: $150.00 for four hours minimum ($35 per hour for each additional hour)
