Downtown Griffin offers more than 900 free parking spaces with on the street parking, a large parking deck on East Solomon, and multiple parking lots conveniently located with just a short walk. Downtown Griffin is home to 2nd Saturday, the Summer Concert Series, Movies in the Park, the famous Doc Holliday Festival, numerous theater productions, and a handful of unique events that showcase the Park at Sixth, the beautiful streets of downtown and iconic 6th Street Bridge. What is The GoCup?

Did you know you can stroll the streets of Downtown Griffin with your favorite alcoholic beverage in hand? Those age 21+ and up can visit a participating business to get a Griffin GoCup, as long as you stay inside the Special Entertainment District. This way you can enjoy your favorite alcoholic beverage while shopping or taking a stroll to one of our monthly 2nd Saturday events or a concert in the park.
